Qualifikationen

• Qualified Physiotherapist registered with HCPC/ CSP.
• Evidence of continual professional development.

Aufgaben

• Assess residents' physiotherapy needs and plan individually tailored treatment.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments including risk and social factors.
• Implement treatment programmes with exercise, equipment, gait and posture work.
• Evaluate responses and adapt plans; maintain daily exercise programmes.
• Lead clinical decisions with the Deputy Manager and MDT colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with residents' families.
