Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is recruiting a qualified physiotherapist to assess residents, plan and deliver tailored treatment programmes. The role involves collaboration with the MDT, maintaining records, and guiding on mobility and dexterity to maximise residents' independence.

The successful candidate will demonstrate HCPC registration, strong communication, leadership, and a caring, adaptable approach to diverse needs across our care homes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Evidence of continual professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' physiotherapy needs and plan treatment to maximise independence.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and exercise programmes.
• Collaborate with the MDT and lead in clinical decision-making where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate with residents and families.
