Partnering Health Ltd. is seeking an autonomous physiotherapist to work within the Bracton Centre's offender health setting. You will assess and treat patients with complex chronic conditions, set diagnoses and plans, and manage a diverse caseload including potential private and staff patients.

Role requires HCPC and CSP registration and at least two years' physiotherapy experience; there's an emphasis on developing business within the service and reporting against KPIs.

Qualificações

• Experience of rotational roles in respiratory, MSK and neuro
• Experience of independent and lone working
• Postgraduate qualification such as an MSc is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Provide advanced assessment and treatment for patients with complex and chronic conditions
• Determine clinical diagnoses and treatment plans as an autonomous practitioner
• Manage a clinical caseload including offender health and potential private and staff patients
• Develop and expand business opportunities within the service
• Work within contract-specific KPIs and report statistics to senior management
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, policies and clinical governance
• Liaise regularly with senior management and contribute to continuous improvement
• Manage the delivery of physiotherapy services across multiple locations if required
• Maintain and report on clinical incidents, complaints and compliments
• Maintain clinical records
• Take part in monthly feedback and meetings with senior management

This physiotherapist post sits within the Offender Health setting at the Bracton Centre, for Partnering Health Ltd.
