Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join their Physiotherapy department in Northwich on a bank basis. You will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings, and develop individualised treatment plans.

You will manage a designated caseload, supervise junior staff and students, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute to audits and service improvements in line with HCPC/CSP guidelines.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with post-registration experience.
• Solid clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise junior staff and students.
• Experience managing complex caseloads in inpatient or outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function and independence.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
• Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants and students.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policy.
• Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects.
• Demonstrate commitment to ongoing CPD and reflective practice to support development as a senior clinician.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Duties of this role include:

• Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
• Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
• Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
