Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a full-time physiotherapist for a fixed-term 24 months to join its neurological rehabilitation teams. The role involves assessing and treating physical difficulties, coordinating therapy timetables, and maintaining accurate outcomes records across multiple sites.

A travel allowance is offered between sites and CPD time is protected. Applicants must have HCPC registration, two years of postgraduate experience, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Two years' postgraduate experience.
• Experience of working in a neurological rehabilitation setting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment and management of challenges to physical abilities
• Act as key therapist, coordinating therapy timetables and programmes towards agreed rehabilitation goals
• Keep accurate records of assessment, treatment and outcome measures
• Communicate effectively with clients who have cognitive impairment or communication difficulties
• Liaise with family, carers and significant others to meet clients' needs
• Work as a team player, going the extra mile for clients and their families
