Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Physiotherapist at The Droitwich Spa Hospital to join the Physiotherapy department on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is 37.5 hours per week with flexible shifts and a salary up to £35,000 depending on experience.

You will assess and treat patients with MSK, neurological, respiratory, or post-surgical conditions, create individualized plans, work with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to discharge planning.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic or post-surgical conditions.
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on findings and goals.
• Utilise therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy and patient education.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds and discharge planning.
• Refer patients to hydrotherapy, pain management or community rehab as needed.
• Manage own caseload across inpatient/outpatient settings.

37.5 Hours & Permanent

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties Of This Role Include

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
