Active Neuro brings together Active Care Group's specialist neurological rehabilitation services, combining expert clinical practice, advanced rehabilitation technology and a 24‑hour therapeutic approach to deliver outstanding outcomes for people with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex neurological conditions. Set within the beautiful 12‑acre grounds of a manor house in Kent, our purpose‑built rehabilitation unit delivers intensive, goal‑led rehabilitation for individuals with significant physical, cognitive and communication needs. Every person receives a personalised rehabilitation programme, with our expert multidisciplinary team working together to deliver coordinated, evidence‑based care. Alongside specialist physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology, speech and language therapy and nursing, we utilise advanced rehabilitation technologies, including robotic upper limb therapy and EMG biofeedback, to maximise recovery, improve function and help people achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
As Lead Physiotherapist, you will combine expert clinical practice with day‑to‑day leadership of the physiotherapy service. You'll manage a complex neurological caseload while supporting and developing colleagues, driving continuous improvement and helping to embed best practice across the service. Working as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you'll play an integral role in delivering outstanding rehabilitation outcomes for the people in our care.
