Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Physiotherapist for our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Service in Luton. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating patients in their homes and in rehab beds, managing your own caseload and delivering personalised rehabilitation.

You will hold a Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy with HCPC registration, and participate in ongoing professional development to support improving patient independence and outcomes.

• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).
• Knowledge and experience relevant to rehabilitation.

## Job IntroductionAre you a Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to develop your rehabilitation skills while helping people regain their independence?We’re looking for a motivated Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Service in Luton.You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary team, assessing and treating patients in their own homes as well as within rehabilitation beds. You’ll also enjoy being part of a wider multidisciplinary team and contributing to an integrated approach to patient care.You will have:* Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy* Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist* Evidence of continuing professional development* Knowledge and experience relevant to rehabilitation* Good physiotherapy assessment and treatment skills* The ability to establish appropriate functional rehabilitation goals* An understanding of the principles of Intermediate Care* Knowledge of safeguarding, clinical governance and professional boundaries* Strong written and verbal communication skills* The ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, carers and healthcare professionals* Good organisation and time-management skills* The ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload* Confidence using IT systems and producing appropriate clinical documentation and reports* A flexible and collaborative approach to working as part of a multidisciplinary team* A commitment to your ongoing professional and clinical development
