We are delighted to offer an opportunity for highly motivated, ambitious individuals to join our physiotherapy team. Due to the fixed-term nature of this role, any rotation will take place within the inpatient service at Royal Lancaster Infirmary. Role Overview

1. Position: Band 5 Physiotherapist
2. Location: Royal Lancaster Infirmary, with rotations across inpatient and outpatient services
3. Clinical Areas: Orthopaedics, medicine, elderly rehab, surgery
4. Development: Support from experienced Specialist and Advanced Physiotherapists, opportunities for skill development, and involvement in service improvement
5. On-Call and Weekend Service: Support to be provided on a rota basis as experience is gained
6. Patient Care: Providing clinical input, supporting discharge, and patient flow within the multidisciplinary team
7. Training and Education: Opportunities to contribute to student education and develop leadership skills, including training and delegation to technical instructor staff
8. Support and Development: Access to our Annual Development Review, in-service training, Peer Support group, and opportunities to learn from experienced physiotherapists
9. Eligibility: Applications from newly qualified physiotherapists awaiting HCPC registration are welcome

Additional Information

Attendance at the assessment centre in person is required due to the interview structure; remote options are not available.
