Physiotherapist required in Hertfordshire

SironaMedical are currently working on behalf of a private Physiotherapy Clinic based in Hertfordshire.

Role: Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

We provide hands-on Physiotherapy and rehabilitation to treat a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries. We pride ourselves on being approachable and supportive, and are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

The role includes:

  1. Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of Musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based practice.
  2. Explain and discuss diagnosis and treatment plans with patients, ensuring active involvement.
  3. Record notes on an electronic system and maintain client caseload.
  4. Work independently and within a team to ensure high-quality service.
  5. Organize and manage a caseload of patients and liaise with team members.
  6. Coordinate with doctors, consultants, or other health professionals regarding referrals.
  7. Participate in CPD and represent the company at events or talks.

Candidate requirements:

  1. Friendly with good communication skills to build rapport with clients.
  2. Keen to learn and develop professionally with up-to-date CPD.
  3. Pro-active and motivated work ethic.
  4. Organized with good time management skills.
  5. Good knowledge of anatomy/physiology and manual therapy skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Work abroad

Pay scale: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus a target bonus scheme.
