We’re working in partnership with a prestigious private hospital in Bath that has recently invested significantly into a new cutting-edge, state-of-the-art centre. As part of their ongoing expansion, they’re looking to appoint a dynamic Deputy Physiotherapy Lead to support the growth and development of their physiotherapy services.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior physiotherapist ready to take the next step in leadership. You’ll support the Physiotherapy Lead in managing service delivery, drive the development of the department’s vision and strategy, and contribute to wider business development initiatives. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll maintain a clinical caseload in your area of expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support strategic planning and service development across physiotherapy
  • Lead and mentor the team, promoting clinical excellence and ongoing training
  • Contribute to business development and stakeholder engagement
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through a personal clinical caseload

About You

  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with strong clinical experience (MSK/orthopaedics)
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification Physiotherapy experience.
  • A qualification at degree level (or equivalent) in Physiotherapy
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP)
