Provide Community is seeking a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join their Community Therapy team. The role involves managing a caseload of patients requiring assessment and rehabilitation while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. We are looking for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our Community Therapy team. The community is where rehabilitation happens, and this opportunity will allow you to apply your skills and really make a difference.
Our team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistant Practitioners, and Therapy Assistants offer assessment and rehabilitation to patients predominantly within their own homes. We work with patients to identify rehabilitation goals to improve independence and safety with mobility, function, and everyday activities. We have a strong ethos of multi-disciplinary working and work closely with colleagues in the wider team to provide a patient-centred, holistic approach.
You will be welcomed into our friendly and established therapy teams and benefit from access to expert clinicians, receive regular clinical supervision, and be able to attend and participate in an in-service training programme with protected CPD time and a commitment to career progression and development.
