Your Role:

We’re looking for a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic private practice in Godalming & Guildford. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your clinical expertise in a friendly, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to support long-term outcomes.
• Empower clients with strategies for self-management and recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes in line with professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Participate in team discussions, workshops, and ongoing CPD activities.
• Contribute to practice growth through content creation or community engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Qualifications: BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy or equivalent. Must be HCPC registered.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy
• Skills:
• Excellent clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Confidence in exercise prescription and patient education
• Strong communication and empathy
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records

Desirable Qualifications:

• Additional training or certifications in:
• Manual therapy
• Clinical Pilates
