Weare looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed band 6 Physiotherapist tobe based at Evesham Community Hospital. Our team covers 7 GP surgeries situatedin the beautiful countryside of Worcestershire.

This is a full time role
The role will require:
Working flexibly to provide theservice delivery need across the local area working 37.5hrs per week

Behaveconsistently with the values and beliefs of the organisation and promote theseon a day-to-day basis.
Act as line manager to junior staff and assistantsincluding undertaking the annual staff appraisal and development reviews forthese staff.
Work as an autonomous practitioner within anintegrated team providing timely and expert professional assessment andtreatment interventions to patients either in their own homes or othercommunity settings. This will be achieved through a combination of hands-onexpert clinical skills and knowledge as a Physiotherapist to treat, educate andsupport patients and by working with patients and their families to assess,plan and implement appropriate care plans and treatment.
Provide case management for a designated caseload ofpatients who have immediate and / or complex care needs.
Undertakethe comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of patients including those with ahighly complex presentation, using investigative and analytical skills.Formulate individualised management and treatment plans using clinicalreasoning.
