Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant Opportunity – West London (W10)

Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: W10

Salary: £80 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible

Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Physics Graduate Teaching Assistant to support staff and students in achieving their full potential. This role is ideal for those considering a career in teaching or educational psychology.

Key Responsibilities of a Physics Teaching Assistant:

  1. Supporting lesson delivery and classroom management alongside class teachers.
  2. Providing tailored support to individual students or small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  3. Encouraging student engagement and fostering a positive learning environment.
  4. Assisting with lesson planning and preparing learning materials.
  5. Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development.

About You:

  • A graduate with a degree in Physics.
  • Passionate about education and helping children achieve their best.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Patient, understanding, and capable of building positive relationships with students.
  • Experience working with children (mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is advantageous but not essential.
