Job summary

United Utilities Group PLC is recruiting for a Security Risk Manager to oversee the risk assessment of operational assets in line with SEMD guidance. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Warrington, with regional travel as required.

The role requires education to A Level or equivalent, experience in risk management within utilities/ infrastructure, and strong communication skills. A comprehensive benefits package and competitive pension are offered.

Qualifications

• Educated to A Level or equivalent experience.
• Experience in risk management environments, especially utilities/infrastructure.
• Understanding of quality management procedures and asset delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a programme of work to risk assess operational assets for SEMD requirements.
• Prepare a Security Risk Management process and conduct holistic asset risk assessments.
• Develop and manage AMP8/9 work plans with Asset Delivery team.
• Travel across the United Utilities region to carry out assessments.
• Support the Security Manager in day-to-day duties.
