Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting for a Physical Security Operational Support Coordinator in Belfast on a 3-year fixed term contract. The role focuses on coordinating security projects, supporting operations across the UK, and driving service improvements in security and fire safety areas.

You will work with a market-leading defence/aerospace client, contributing to daily SQCDP meetings, supplier performance management, and risk mitigation across security, systems and fire services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Physical Security Project enablement across the UK Strategic Projects.
• Support the Physical Security Operations team with delivery of services including Security Operations, Systems, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response and Fire Safety.
• Assist with continuous development of Security service provision by auditing, collating and analysing reviews to identify service improvements.
• Support Head of Site Security and Site Security Managers with daily SQCDP meetings.
• Assist & support management of Security, Systems & Fire Service Providers.
• Assist & support with risk and issue management through relevant systems & tools.
• Assist & support with Fire & Emergency Response implementation.
• Provide security, systems & fire input into event and project planning and execution.
• Lead Capex on a project basis; ARM central coordinator.

As the Physical Security Operational Support Coordinator, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. You will be involved in:

• Coordinate and manage Physical Security Project enablement across the UK Strategic Projects
• You will be supporting the Physical Security Operations team with the delivery of all services to the business including; Security Operations, Security Systems, Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, and Fire Safety
• Assist with the continuous development of the Security service provision to the business by checking, auditing, collating, and analysing reviews to understand root causes of failures in order to identify service improvements
• You will assist the Head of Site Security and Site Security Managers with the running of the daily SQCDP meeting
• Assist & support in the management of Security, Systems & Fire Service Providers
• Assist & support with the management of Security, Systems & Fire risks and Issues through the relevant systems & tools
• Assist & support with the implementation of Fire & Emergency Response
• Assist & support with providing appropriate security, Systems & fire input into event and project planning and implementation
• Lead Capex on a project basis
• Active Risk Management (ARM) central coordinator
• You will be responsible for EHS - 11 Point Plan upkeep
• Assist the Site Security and Systems Manager with the performance management of the supplier in line with all contractual documentation
• Assist the Fire and Operations Manager with the performance management of the supplier in line with all contractual documentation

Your skillset may include:

• Project Management training - A background in business administration or operational support.
• Experience in auditing, process confirmation, root cause and analysis, and continuous improvement
• Experience managing a contractor
• Understanding of KPIs and SLAs
• Comprehensive experience in computer skills - G-SUITE and Microsoft Office
• Experience with managing a security contractor
