Job summary

Term Time Teachers is seeking a Physical Education teacher in Sevenoaks to cover a temporary contract with potential longer-term opportunities. You will deliver high-quality PE lessons to KS3-5, plan sessions, and manage a positive learning environment.

The role requires QTS, UK teaching experience in a secondary setting, and a willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. Competitive daily pay and flexible work arrangements are offered.

Physical education teacher

Location: Sevenoaks
Contract: Temporary (with potential for longer-term opportunities)
Start Date: April 2026
Pay: £130 to £200 per day (dependent upon experience, training, qualifications)

About the Role

• Teaching Physical Education to Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 students.
• Delivering high-quality, engaging PE lessons.
• Creating and delivering lesson plans to meet a range of abilities.
• Managing behaviour effectively and creating a positive learning environment.

What You Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school setting
• An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Hold the right to work In the UK
• Be able to provide references for the last 2 years
