Brent Council is seeking a Licensing and Enforcement Processing Officer to join the Licensing and Enforcement team. You will process Private Rented Sector licences, maintain records, and respond to enquiries to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Every licence application represents a person, business, landlord or organisation relying on the Council for an efficient and professional service. As a Licensing and Enforcement Processing Officer, you will help support services that protect residents, promote responsible landlords/agents and maintain high standards across Brent.
Working within Brent Council’s Licensing and Enforcement team, you will process applications, maintain accurate records, respond to enquiries and work with colleagues and applicants to ensure cases are handled promptly and correctly.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and has an eye for detail, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
