Job summary

Brent Council is recruiting a Licensing and Enforcement Processing Officer to support the Private Rented Sector licensing service. You will process PRS licence applications, carry out eligibility checks, maintain records and respond to enquiries, ensuring compliance with statutory and council requirements.

• Maintain accurate licensing records, carry out checks, and manage documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner services to progress applications and resolve issues.
