Job summary

AllSaints Retail Limited in London is seeking a talented Studio Stylist with extensive menswear and womenswear experience to join our studio team. Reporting to the Styling & Studio Manager, you will deliver a high standard of styling for AllSaints.com imagery, collaborating with the studio team to ensure on-set accuracy and timely delivery.

You will manage sample preparation, understand product ranges, support on castings, and contribute to regular style reviews while upholding the brand

Qualifications

• Ability to style creatively, following a clear brief and maintaining brand identity.
• Experience with editorial and ecommerce styling for menswear and womenswear.
• Studio environment experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Style across Menswear and Womenswear for AllSaints.com, presenting weekly rails for sign-off.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented Studio Stylist with extensive menswear and womenswear experience to join our team. Reporting to the Styling & Studio Manager you will be responsible for delivering a very high standard of styling for AllSaints.com ecom imagery. Working alongside the busy studio team to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy is achieved on set and all deadlines met.

What will I be doing?

• Responsible for styling across Menswear and Womenswear Fashion creating commercial content for AllSaints.com presenting weekly rails to Styling & Studio Manager for sign off ahead of shooting on set
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and quality when styling, maintaining the brand identity of AllSaints
• Working closely with the Studio Production Coordinator and Studio Assistant Intern to ensure samples for each shoot are prepared to a high standard and are organised
• Have a thorough understanding of product, knowing key invested ranges and key fashion pieces from each collection
• Work with Styling & Studio Manager to support on castings and onboarding of new models
• Researching fashion trends in styling and online creative content presenting to the Styling & Studio Manager for regular style reviews
• Styling still life & flatlay pieces in accordance with our style guide, working collaboratively on still life shoots with the Studio Lead Photographer
• Follow Photo Studio processes to ensure image asset delivery is achieved seamlessly

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

• Ability to style creatively, demonstrating a keen knowledge and interest in global fashion trends and brand awareness
• The ability to follow a clear brief and execute strong consistency and detail in their work
• Highly ambitious personality demonstrating a willingness to learn and develop the role
• Flexible and organised in their approach to work, with ability to prioritise
• The ability to work well independently, and under pressure. Works well in the intense shoot environment
• A digital mindset is key with a working understanding of capture 1 and Adobe Suites would be beneficial
• A professional team player who works with energy, personality and pace
• A confident and decisive person who takes ownership of their work and responds to feedback well
• Previous experience styling fashion with a rounded editorial and ecommerce portfolio for both menswear and womenswear
• Experience working within a studio environment is essential
• Ability to review looks creatively and showcase product to be on brand and in line with current trends
• A keen interest and knowledge in both menswear and womenswear fashion and styling
• Confident and adaptable in meeting daily shoot targets
• General knowledge of photography and lighting is preferable
