Job summary

Contract can be full-time or part-time. Rotas include 12-hour shifts, across clinic locations as needed. Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required or possible after interview.

Qualifications

• Experience in health care or customer service preferred.
• Willing to train as Phlebotomist; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients; provide front-of-house support.
• Collect blood samples from clients and record data in PIS.
• Handle enquiries via phone and email with professional service.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with lab tasks as needed.
• Upsell and promote private health clinic services.
• Process forms and ensure compliance with procedures.
