Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Phlebotomist for our Broadgate, London clinic. The role involves drawing blood from private and corporate clients and performing related IT tasks within our patient information systems.

You will work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (7am–7pm) with weekend work, and may be required to travel to other Randox Health clinics as needed. A Hepatitis B vaccination is required or available post-interview.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience and a certificate or equivalent training are required.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to use IT systems.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility for weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Take blood samples from private and corporate clients.
• Enter data into the Patient Information System (PIS) and maintain records.
• Upsell and cross-sell at the private health clinic and exceed targets.
• Assist reception and front-of-house duties as needed.
• Represent Randox Health professionally at events and appointments.
