Responsibilities

• Collect specimens for clinical laboratory analysis in a safe and effective manner.
• Deliver specimens to the clinical laboratories in a safe and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians and other hospital departments.
• Maintain quality of performance and adhere to standards of practice in the phlebotomy process.
