Position

Health Assessment Specialist

Salary: £20,837.25 to £27,783 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 to £42,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses, and Benefits)

We are looking to recruit from various areas including: Woodford, Wood Green, Edmonton, Chingford, Camden Town, Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Ilford, Tottenham, Buckhurst Hill.

If you join us, you'll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will help make health confidence accessible to all.

The hours

Part-time (30 hours/week)

• 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis.
• Shifts between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.

Full-time (40 hours/week)

• 4 x 10-hour shifts per week, any 4 days between Monday and Sunday on a rota basis.
• Shifts between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.

Responsibilities

Perform health assessments at various venues, including PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests. Manage administration records. Travel may range from 30 minutes to 2 hours to reach venues. You will see 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointment durations from 10 to 45 minutes.

You will not be required to relay results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license and access to a car
• Ability to work on a rota basis including weekends
• IT literacy
• Clear DBS (processed on your behalf)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Reside within a suitable distance of the role location
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Must pass an enhanced criminal records check
