Position

Health Assessment Specialist

£20,837.25 to £27,783 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 to £42,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses and Benefits)

We are recruiting from various areas around: Woodford, Wood Green, Edmonton, Chingford, Camden Town, Hackney, Stratford, Walthamstow, Enfield, Finsbury Park, Ilford, Tottenham, Buckhurst Hill.

If you join us, you’ll be known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist and will help make health confidence accessible to all.

The hours

30 hours per week

• 3 x 10-hour shifts (excluding travel), any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rotating basis.
• Shifts between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.
• Base salary of £20,837.25 per year (OTE up to £38,000 with commission, expenses, and overtime), plus standard benefits.

40 hours per week

• 4 x 10-hour shifts, any 4 days between Monday and Sunday on a rotating basis.
• Shifts between 6am - 10pm.
• Rota released 3 weeks in advance, rolling.
• Base salary of £27,783 per year (OTE up to £42,000 with commission, expenses, and overtime), plus benefits.

Responsibilities

At Bluecrest, we prioritize quality in all we do, including our clinic venues and daily operations. You will travel to various venues, sometimes up to 2 hours away, set up your kit, and greet customers. You’ll see 15 to 22 customers daily, with appointments lasting 10 to 45 minutes based on their chosen packages.

You will perform health assessments such as PAD, ECG, Lung Function, Body Composition, and fitness tests, providing advice on further testing when appropriate. You will also update and maintain administration records. Note: You will not relay test results or lifestyle advice post-assessment.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license and access to a car (for transporting kit)
• Willingness to work on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday
• IT literacy
• Clear DBS (processed by us)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Living within the specified regional area
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Satisfactory criminal records check during onboarding
