Job summary

WWF-UK is seeking a Head of Philanthropy Operations to drive the operational engine behind ambitious fundraising growth. You will lead six colleagues across prospect research, pipeline management, supporter communications, stewardship and impact reporting, ensuring clarity and efficiency in planning and decision making.

You will strengthen the fundraising pipeline, align it with income targets, and oversee CRM development and data insights to support major donors, trusts and foundations.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in philanthropy, fundraising operations or related environment.
• Deep understanding of major donor, trusts and foundations relationships.
• Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Data, insight and reporting to shape decisions and growth.
• Experience improving CRM, reporting and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipeline growth and interface with income targets.
• Lead teams across research, pipeline management, communications and stewardship.
• Develop systems and reporting to drive efficiency and confidence.
• Ensure compliance and governance across operations.
• Partner with Finance and Leadership on planning and forecasting.
