St Richard's Hospice in Worcester is seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to lead a new high-value donor programme. The role focuses on cultivating and stewarding major gifts from high-net-worth individuals, driving income generation for hospice care.
You will work with the Director of Business and Income Generation to deliver a strategic plan, identify partners, and integrate donor involvement across the organisation. A proactive, networking mindset is essential.
Hours21 hours per week, worked over three days, preferably, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, but there can be some flexibility on this.
Salary£37,000 FTE. per annum. Actual pro rata salary per annum; £20,720.

At St Richard’s Hospice, we’re launching an exciting new high-value donor programme and are looking for an ambitious Philanthropy Manager to lead its development. This newly created role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact by cultivating and stewarding relationships with major donors, helping to secure the funding that enables us to provide outstanding hospice care to our community.
Working closely with the Director of Business and Income Generation, you will develop and deliver a new major donor strategy, building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and key influencers. You’ll work collaboratively with departmental colleagues to achieve income targets and to identify potential new partners and innovative ways to integrate high value donor involvement within the organisation.
