Job description

Prospectus is delighted to support our client in their search for a Philanthropy Lead.

The organisation goes above and beyond for everyone affected by pancreatic cancer. They drive change through campaigning, make breakthroughs via research, and provide support through expert nurses.

This is a full-time, permanent role with a salary of £56,256 per annum, based in London with a hybrid working model.

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead the development and delivery of the philanthropy growth strategy.
2. Work with senior leadership, Trustees, and senior volunteers to build meaningful relationships.
3. Cultivate 6-7 figure gifts.
4. Ensure an excellent stewardship experience for donors.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a philanthropy fundraiser with a track record of securing 6-figure gifts.
• Demonstrable experience in developing fundraising teams and delivering major donor growth strategies.
