• Manage a high-volume, fast-paced inbound pipeline with enthusiasm.
• Deliver a highly personalized candidate experience reflecting HRT culture.
• Identify strategic opportunities to position HRT as a premier destination for researchers.
• Represent HRT at academic and industry events aligned with hiring bar.
• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators for a streamlined interview process.
• Own the offer and conversion process, navigating negotiations and closing elite talent.
• Drive process improvements across pipelines, candidate experience, and engagement.
