Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking a Maintenance Controller to join the MRO team at Middle Wallop. You will oversee Apache Phase maintenance events, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to ensure on-time delivery with first-time quality.

Reporting to the Support Manager, you will manage work scope, resources, and risk, maintain documentation, and interface with customers while adhering to regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experienced in scheduled maintenance, repair and modification in aerospace.
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance Planning and Control Team to deliver Apache Phase maintenance events.
• Ensure safety and on-time delivery with first-time quality.
• Manage defects, work scope, and integration of additional tasks.
• Maintain MoD F700 logs, certification, and post-inspection reviews.
