Job summary

St John Ambulance is seeking a National Medicine Supply Service Technician to join our NMSS stores in Ossett on a part-time basis (28 hours across 4 days). You will support governance, check relabelled medications, and help manage stock and Controlled Drugs records while staying clinically current.

Applicants must be a GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technician with an up-to-date CPD portfolio, a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to hubs as required. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Registered with GPhC
• Up-to-date CPD portfolio
• Experience organising and managing medicines within governance systems
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive SJA vehicles

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance and assurance standards regarding medicines
• Oversee and check relabelled/repackaged medication within NMSS stores
• Manage stock and record-keeping of Controlled Drugs; occasional travel to hubs for audits/inspections/spot checks
