Skills4 Pharmacy in Bristol is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team. You will support the safe, effective and lawful supply of medicines while working closely with pharmacists and the wider healthcare team.

We are recruiting for a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress within pharmacy and develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a registered Pharmacy Technician.

Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English desired but not essential, as course can provide qualification.
Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent may be required via initial tests.
Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship offered on the job.

Responsibilities

Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately.
Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and OTC medicines.
Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy including stock control and governance.
Supervising and supporting pharmacy staff as you progress in the role.
Assisting with training and mentoring new staff members.
Maintaining high standards through auditing and feedback.
