Job summary

Skills4 Pharmacy in West Drayton is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team. This role is ideal for someone looking to progress within pharmacy and develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a registered Pharmacy Technician, via the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship.

You will learn through blended training while supporting safe, accurate dispensing and patient advice.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English preferred; can be provided as part of the course.
• Maths and English Level 2 tests may be required if not present.

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely.
• Providing patient advice on prescriptions and OTC medicines.
• Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations including stock control and governance.
• Supervising and supporting pharmacy support staff as you progress.
• Assisting with training and mentoring new staff.
• Maintaining high standards through audits and evaluating services.
