Job summary

Skills4 Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Technician Apprentice to join a busy pharmacy team. The role offers the Pathway to registration with the GPhC and a Level 3 Pharmacy Technician Apprenticeship (Integrated).

You will support safe, effective supply of medicines and work closely with pharmacists and the wider healthcare team. The position is based near Dukinfield, with a wage of £10.50 per hour and opportunities for full-time employment on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• Managing, ordering, receiving and supplying medicines and pharmaceutical products safely and accurately.
• Providing person-centred advice to patients on prescription and over-the-counter medicines.
• Supporting day-to-day running of the pharmacy including stock control and governance.
• Supervising and mentoring new staff as you progress in the role.
