Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and typing.
• Pack and organize final medication orders into delivery totes for shipment.
• Maintain excellent attendance and stay on task throughout the shift.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve department goals.
• Process charges using medication profiles, charge cards, and floor stock forms.
• Type correspondence for the department.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
• Manage office and department files.
• Greet visitors, provide information, or refer inquiries to staff.
• Distribute mail as needed.

Physical Demands

• Ability to use standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.) up to 100% of the time.
