Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pharmacy Support Worker Higher Level based at University Hospital Crosshouse, Combined Assessment Unit.
What you will do:
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Support Worker to join our team at NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Working within the Combined Assessment Unit you will coordinate the training and development of Pharmacy Supports Workers rotating through the area and support the Pharmacy Technicians with Medicines Histories of patients across NHS Ayrshire and Arran. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Pharmacy Technician Higher Level within the Combined Assessment Unit providing a wide range of pharmacy services to patients of NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
Previous NHS Ayrshire and Arran Pharmacy experience is essential along with understanding of Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures

Hours:
37 hours per week.
This post carries a contractual commitment to work on a shift system covering 8am till 8pm (which includes a commitment to cover 7 days including weekend and evening). Post-holder will also be required to participate in our Public holiday and late night rotas.
Driving Licence/Car Ownership:
A car licence/car ownership is essential to this role.
