Job Overview
You could be part of a dynamic & enthusiastic team as we provide pharmacy services to our units throughout Essex.
The successful candidate should have knowledge and skills to undertake the mandatory units for an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Services. Full training and support will be provided for candidates who have not already undertaken this training.
Previous experience of working in a hospital or community pharmacy would be an advantage, but not essential. The candidate will work within the Main Pharmacy in Chelmsford, as part of a larger team or within satellite pharmacies at Basildon or Colchester, and also independently at other units across the EPUT region.
Part of the Time to Care initiative involves working with ward teams to provide a fully integrated service, supporting nursing and clinical teams through effective medicines inventory management.
This post is ideal for anyone looking to start a career in pharmacy or expand their experience within an enthusiastic & progressive team.
