You will coach staff, implement the company strategy in-store, manage risks, and maintain service standards while fostering a positive working environment. A strong leadership stance and pharmacy registration are essential.

Qualifications

• Lead and coach store teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Be registered with relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Demonstrate professional expertise and integrity in all actions.

Responsibilities
