Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is seeking a Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our community-focused team. You’ll help prepare and dispense medications alongside Pharmacists and Technicians, deliver friendly customer service, and ensure patients receive safe, accurate support in a busy high-street pharmacy.

You’ll be involved in stock control, basic health checks, and ongoing training to keep up with professional standards, confidentiality and compassion in care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensing required.
• Previous pharmacy experience valued.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and dispensing prescriptions under supervision.
• Providing friendly customer service and product advice.
• Managing stock and maintaining records.
• Carrying out basic health checks and supporting pharmacy services.
• Maintaining high professional standards and confidentiality.
