Job summary

Lincolnshire Co-op is recruiting a Pharmacy Services Assistant to join our community-focused team. You will support pharmacists and technicians, preparing prescriptions, assisting customers, and helping maintain stock with care and accuracy.

You will need a Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensing and a proactive, patient-centered approach to deliver safe, compassionate care every day.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in Pharmacy Assistant and/or Dispensing is essential.
• Experience in a pharmacy environment is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense prescriptions under supervision of a Pharmacist, ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and signpost to services as needed.
• Support day-to-day running by ordering, receiving and maintaining stock with records.
• Carry out basic health checks and support pharmacy services to improve wellbeing.
• Continue learning and maintain high professional standards with patient confidentiality.
