Qualifications

• Qualified pharmacist with an MPharm degree and current GPhC registration.
• Experience delivering high-quality clinical services in community pharmacy.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire a team while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support the pharmacy team to perform at their best.
• Deliver safe, effective clinical care including prescriptions and services.
• Build trusted relationships with patients, healthcare professionals and the community.
• Champion NHS and locally commissioned services to improve patient access.
• Ensure patient safety, governance and regulatory compliance.
