Job summary

JustApply is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team in Swadlincote, with on-the-job training and support to complete the Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

You will assist customers at the medicines counter, help prepare and supply prescriptions under supervision, manage stock, and keep records accurate while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English; desirable but training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision)
• Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records
• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality
• Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service
