Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) invites applications for a Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship at Kirton Lindsey. You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, assist customers, and learn on the job while working towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

Training is provided with full support, and you will gain hands-on experience in a busy community pharmacy setting across two sites. Commitment to contracted hours is required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English are desirable but not essential as training is provided.
• Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship will be completed alongside work.
• Full training and support are provided throughout the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with the preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service.
