Job summary

I & F Limited (T/A Skills4Group) is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join our busy community pharmacy team. You will complete a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship while assisting with everyday pharmacy tasks and customer service.

Full training is provided and you will learn through blended learning alongside the role. You will gain hands-on experience, engage with customers, and help with stock, prescriptions, and safe, confidential service, working with the pharmacy

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision).
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
