Job summary

Skills4Pharmacy in High Wycombe is recruiting a friendly Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to join a busy community pharmacy team. You will support day-to-day pharmacy operations while training towards a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship.

You’ll handle counter duties, assist with prescriptions under supervision, manage stock, use pharmacy systems, and deliver safe, confidential customer service.

Qualifications

• For applicants GCSE Maths/English Level 2 or equivalent preferred; training provided to achieve required apprenticeship.
• No previous pharmacy experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Assist with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and confidentiality.
• Work as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
