Job summary

JustApply Ltd is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice in Middlesex (UB1) to join a busy community pharmacy team. You will learn on the job while working toward a recognised Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, with full training and support provided.

The role involves assisting customers at the counter, handling prescriptions under supervision, stock control, and delivering high standards of customer service in a healthcare setting. No prior pharmacy experience is required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided via the course.
• If Maths/English Level 2 is not present, you may be offered the role on condition of completing initial tests.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the medicines counter and respond to queries.
• Help with preparation and supply of prescriptions under supervision.
• Handle stock, deliveries and maintain accurate records.
• Use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and confidentiality in the shop.
