Job summary

JustApply Ltd. in Brighton is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice to support the day-to-day running of the community pharmacy, assist customers at the counter, and work with the team to ensure safe and efficient service.

You will undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship with full training and support provided. The role offers hands-on experience in a healthcare environment, with training delivered alongside work through blended learning and a commitment to contracted

Qualifications

• GCSEs at A-C or 4-9 in Maths and English desired but not essential as can be provided as part of the course.
• Maths and English Level 2 or equivalent qualifications may be required or tested to determine suitability for the course.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers at the medicines counter and responding to queries.
• Assisting with the preparation and supply of prescriptions (under supervision).
• Handling stock, deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
• Using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and sales.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and confidentiality.
• Working as part of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
