Reporting into the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial focus, requiring a strong leader passionate about healthcare, patients, and business growth. You will be responsible for achieving pharmacy targets, managing the store Pharmacist and pharmacy team, and supporting Asda Pharmacy's goal of excellence.

Daily responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to ensure excellent patient experience, safety, and compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance. You will support and develop your team and locums to maintain high service standards.

Support is available from in-store, regional, and head office teams for clinical or service queries.
