Job summary

The Pharmacy Manager role at Ramsay HealthCare, based at Ashtead Hospital, will lead the day-to-day operations and future development of our Pharmacy department across two locations, including a sister site without an on-site pharmacy.

You will work closely with clinical teams to deliver safe, effective pharmacy care, drive continuous service improvements, and support your team’s growth through the Ramsay Academy and internal development opportunities.

Qualifications

• GPhC Pharmacist registration required.
• Clinical Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Management or leadership experience.
• Experience with electronic stock control.
• Policy and guideline development experience.
• Strong audit and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations and future development of the Pharmacy department across two locations, including a sister site without an on-site pharmacy.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service across both locations and collaborate with clinical teams to provide safe and effective pharmacy care.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive service enhancements.
• Support team development and encourage new ideas in a positive environment.
